Individual Coaching
If you’re facing difficulty with coworkers, a family conflict or an upcoming negotiation (or mediation) coaching may help you navigate this conflict more successfully. Individual coaching sessions provide an outside, neutral voice to help analyze situations, build skills, define boundaries, and practice difficult conversations.
All of my coaching begins by working with clients to build a relationship and assess their strengths and needs as perceived by themselves and/or others. From there, we will work on concrete skill building that can improve your comfort navigating conflict, expressing your needs, and increase opportunities for yourself and others to be heard.
Coaching clients may work with me for one session to prepare for a specific event or we can create an ongoing schedule to build and strengthen your expertise with communication, difficult conversations and conflict in general!
In the past I have:
Sat with and coached clients prior to and during Civil Rights Mediation to support them in negotiating a settlement and avoid bringing the case to court.
Worked with clients to determine their needs in relationships with children, parents and partners and how to best express those needs to get them fulfilled.
Conducted one on one coaching as well as facilitated conversations with clients and their partners around debts, finances and preparing for the future.
Worked with mangers and supervisors to increase their comfort and skill in supervising others in the workplace.
Rates for Individual Coaching:
Hourly rates are $200 per person for individual coaching or mediation and facilitation sessions. Time spent outside of session will be billed at 15 minute increments. All fees are on a sliding scale.
