Many managers move forward in their careers due to merit and competence in their subject matter or area of expertise. In some cases, training and skill around supervision, relationship building and handling difficult conversations is set aside as new priorities arise. These practices and skills, like any other, can be developed with coaching, practice and reflection.
With time and training, what were once sources of stress can become strengths to be leaned on in times of conflict, goal setting and planning for the future. I have experience working with clients to improve supervision practices, skills around giving or recieving feedback, team building and interpersonal skills.
Together we can work to assess areas of strengths and determine goals for work together. I have successfully worked with individuals on specific day to day actions that can lay the groundwork for increased trust and effective relationship building as well as how to manage more acute conversations around role clarification, promotions, goal setting and yearly supervision.

Rates for Coaching for Managers, Employers:
Hourly rates are $200 for individual coaching, mediation and facilitation sessions. Time spent outside of session will be billed at 15 minute increments. All fees are on a sliding scale.
For group training, ongoing work, organizational consulting and other long term services we can discuss a payment structure that will best fit with your needs!
